After every approved payroll run in CrmLeaf HRMS, you click "Sync to Tally" (or configure it to sync automatically). The integration posts journal entries to your Tally books - salary expense debited, bank credited, PF payable, ESIC payable, TDS payable, and PT payable each posted to the correct ledger head. You configure the ledger mapping once; every future sync uses it. The sync takes under 2 minutes.

Yes. CrmLeaf HRMS provides Webhooks that push real-time event data to any configured endpoint - new hire created, payroll run approved, leave approved, expense approved, offer accepted. This eliminates manual note-taking during interviews and 1:1s.
