See who is available before
you need to scramble
Real-time employee availability across all projects and shifts. Asset deployment status. Bench visibility. Capacity gaps that trigger hiring before deadlines slip. All connected to your project assignments in the Work module.
Step by step - from setup to outcome
Project assignments in Work module feed resource availability automatically
When a project manager assigns an employee to a project in the Work module (with start date, end date, and allocation percentage), that allocation appears immediately in the Resource Availability view. No manual resource register to maintain. The availability data is always current because it comes directly from active project assignments.
View team utilisation - by department, skill, and date range
The Resource Availability view shows every employee's current and upcoming allocation. Filter by department, skill set, location, or date range. See who is 100% allocated until March vs who has 40% capacity available next month. Sort by availability percentage to find the right person for an incoming project before you over-hire or over-promise on delivery timelines.
Asset availability - track what is deployed and what is available
The Asset Availability view shows every company asset assigned to an employee vs assets in the pool. Laptops, phones, access cards, vehicles, specialised equipment - all visible with assignment date and expected return date. Before onboarding a new employee or project, check asset availability without an asset manager spreadsheet or a request email to IT.
Capacity gaps trigger hiring - directly from Resource Planning
When the Resource Availability view shows a team approaching 100% utilisation over the next 60β90 days, managers can raise a headcount request directly from the interface. This creates a job opening in the Recruitment module - pre-filled with department, required skills, and target start date. The hiring-to-delivery gap is eliminated because planning and hiring are in the same platform.
Everything in the Resource Planning module
Resource Planning bridges Work (project assignments) and Recruitment (hiring decisions)
Employee Records provides skills and availability. Work module provides project assignments and allocation percentages. Resource Planning makes the combined view visible. When capacity runs low, it triggers Recruitment - completing the loop.
