CRMLeaf — Data Deletion Instructions
Overview
CRMLeaf respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data that CRMLeaf may have collected from Facebook Lead Ads or other integrations.
What data we may store
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Responses to lead form fields
- Any other user-submitted information from Facebook lead forms
We store this data to provide CRM services (manage leads, follow-up, reporting). CRMLeaf does not share this data with third parties except where required to deliver the service or by law.
How to request deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data by one of the methods below. When we receive a valid request, we will remove or anonymize your data within 7 business days unless additional verification or legal hold is required.
- Email: Send an email to call@crmleaf.com with subject line “Request to Delete My Data”. Include the email address or phone number used in the lead form and any relevant details to help us locate the record.
- Support Portal: If you are an existing CRMLeaf customer, create a support ticket and request data deletion. Provide identifiers (lead email / phone) to speed up processing.
What happens after we receive a request
- We will verify the request to ensure it is legitimate and corresponds to the data we hold.
- We will delete or anonymize the matching records from our system.
- We will confirm completion by email, typically within 7 business days.
Automated deletion via callback (optional)
If you require automatic deletion triggered by Facebook, CRMLeaf can implement a data deletion callback URL. Contact call@crmleaf.com to request this setup.
