How is CRM Email Integration different from Email Ticketing?

Email Ticketing converts inbound customer emails into support tickets for your service desk. CRM Email Integration is the opposite direction: it lets your sales team send and receive email from inside a Deal or Company record, with open, delivery and reply tracking. Which mailbox providers are supported?

Gmail and Google Workspace via OAuth, Microsoft 365/Outlook via Azure App Registration OAuth, and any IMAP-compatible mailbox. You can connect more than one mailbox and set a default send address.

Do replies from clients show up automatically?

Yes. Once a client replies to a thread you started from a Deal, the reply is synced back into the same conversation view on the Deal's Emails tab - no manual forwarding required.

Can I track whether a client opened my email?

Yes. Every sent email shows Sent, Delivered, Opened (with open count) and Replied status directly under the message, so you know exactly where a conversation stands before you follow up.

Can multiple people on my team send from the same Deal?

Yes. Multiple email threads with different subject lines can run on the same Deal, and any teammate with access to that Deal can see the full email history and reply from it.
