How click-to-dial and call history work

    Connect your account

    Each tenant connects its own RingCentral account via OAuth from Settings → Integrations.

    Click to dial

    Any phone number on a lead or deal opens your RingCentral desktop or mobile app, pre-filled.

    Call happens in RingCentral

    The call itself is placed and handled entirely inside RingCentral, not CRMLeaf.

    Scheduled sync

    A per-company schedule pulls the account call log back into CRMLeaf.

    Matched to lead/deal

    Calls are matched by phone number to the right lead, client or contact, and a deal reads calls through its linked lead.
