In detail

How each capability works

Sales & CRM Dashboard

The Sales & CRM dashboard lives inside Command Centre and serves as the single reporting hub for every sales metric. KPI tiles show headline numbers such as total leads, open deals, pipeline value and conversion rate, while interactive charts break those numbers down by time period, stage, source or agent. Click any data point to drill through to the underlying lead or deal record.

An administrator provisions Command Centre for your organisation. Once it is enabled, any user with the appropriate role sees the dashboard, pre-filtered to the data their permissions allow: reps see their own numbers and managers see the whole team.

Built in

  • Headline KPI tiles for leads, deals, pipeline value and conversion rate
  • Interactive bar, line and pie charts with hover details
  • Click-through from any chart segment to the underlying CRM records
  • A date-range picker with presets and a custom range
  • Organisation and team filters for multi-entity businesses
  • Role-scoped visibility: reps see their own data, managers see all

Lead Reports

Lead Reports answer the questions that drive marketing-to-sales alignment: which sources generate the most leads, which agents convert them fastest and where in the funnel prospects drop off. Conversion-rate breakdowns by source, agent and time period show whether a paid channel is worth its spend and whether a new hire is ramping on schedule.

Every metric supports the same date-range and organisation filters as the main dashboard, and the underlying data can be exported for board decks or BI tools.

Built in

  • Conversion rate by source, to see which channels deliver qualified leads
  • Conversion rate by agent, to identify top performers and coaching needs
  • Lead volume over time with trend lines and period comparison
  • Funnel-stage breakdown showing where leads stall or drop off
  • Exportable data sets for spreadsheets or BI tools
  • Conversion rates
  • Source attribution
  • Agent breakdown
  • Time-period comparison

Deal & Pipeline Reports

Deal Reports give you a real-time picture of pipeline health. See total pipeline value across all open deals, how that value is distributed across stages and how average deal size is trending. Win/loss analysis shows the ratio of deals closed-won to closed-lost over any date range, which helps you forecast more accurately and catch slipping close rates early.

Stage-distribution charts highlight bottlenecks: if most of your pipeline value sits in Proposal Sent, you know where to focus. Drill through any bar or segment to the individual deals behind the number.

Built in

  • Total pipeline value across all open stages
  • A stage-distribution chart showing where deals concentrate
  • Average deal size with a trend line over the selected date range
  • Win/loss ratio and close-rate tracking by period
  • Drill-through from any chart segment to individual deal records

Agent Goals & Performance

Sales managers set numeric goals per agent: targets for deals closed, revenue won, leads converted or any combination. The performance dashboard shows each rep's progress against those goals in real time, so coaching conversations happen while the quarter is still open, not after the number is missed.

Agent performance sits alongside lead and deal reports, giving managers one view of what each rep is working on, what they have closed and how far they are from target.

Built in

  • Numeric goals per agent: deals, revenue, leads or custom targets
  • Real-time progress bars and percentage-to-goal metrics
  • A leaderboard view comparing agents on the same targets
  • A manager dashboard with full visibility across the team
  • Filters by date range, organisation and team for segmented reviews
  • Configurable goals
  • Real-time progress
  • Per-agent breakdown
  • Team comparison
  • Coaching signals

Follow-up Engine & Overdue Surfacing

Every deal in CrmLeaf carries a next-follow-up date, and the Sales & CRM dashboard surfaces open, won, needs-attention and overdue follow-ups in dedicated report panels. A follow-up that passes its date appears in the overdue list visible to both the rep and their manager, not buried in a personal calendar.

The follow-up engine is woven into the reporting layer. Overdue counts appear on KPI tiles, and clicking through takes you straight to the deal, where you can reschedule, add a note or close the follow-up.

Built in

  • The overdue follow-up count appears on the main dashboard KPI tiles
  • Dedicated panels for open, won, needs-attention and overdue follow-ups
  • Drill-through from the overdue list to the deal record
  • Visible to both the assigned rep and their manager
  • Reschedule, add notes or close follow-ups without leaving reports
  • Next-follow-up dates
  • Overdue surfacing
  • Open, won and attention views
  • Manager visibility
  • In-report action
