Overview

CrmLeaf is an all-in-one business management platform. It combines customer relationship management, sales and invoicing, project and work management, human resources and payroll, procurement and inventory, recruitment, performance management and support ticketing in a single system, with a companion mobile application for Android and iOS.

This manual documents how to configure and use it. It is written for two readers: the Administrator who sets the system up for an organisation, and the User who works in it every day. Almost every article separates those two jobs, because their responsibilities are different.

How the Manual Is Organised

CrmLeaf ships as several product editions built on one shared engine. The manual follows that structure, so you can read only the parts that apply to your account.

How to Read an Article

Every article follows the same shape, so you can predict where the answer is.

  1. Availability - which editions the feature applies to, and whether it needs an add-on module. Read this first. If the feature is not included in your plan, the screens described will not appear.
  2. Overview - what the feature is and what problem it solves.
  3. How It Works - the whole workflow, before any detail.
  4. Who Can Use This Feature - split into Administrator and User.
  5. Prerequisites - what must exist or be configured first.
  6. For Administrators and For Users - the numbered procedures.
  7. Expected Result - how to confirm you did it correctly.
  8. Service / PSA lens - on 112 of the 193 articles, an additional block explaining what the capability means for a professional services organisation. It is visibly separated and never changes the instructions above it. See CrmLeaf, PSA and the Service Lens in This Manual.
  9. Important Notes, Troubleshooting, Frequently Asked Questions, Related Articles.
