What's New NEW

R26.11 · Nov 2026CrmLeaf now opens on a personal Home page after sign-in. It is a customisable set of cards, each showing only data you are allowed to see. It is the default landing screen unless you have chosen a start page.

Overview

Home is the first screen you see after you sign in. It is a grid of cards, such as your next task, tasks by status, pipeline, receivables, attendance today, leave requests, birthdays, your tickets, open jobs, follow-ups due and the calendar. You can choose which cards to show and arrange them to suit your day. Each person has their own layout.

How It Works

Sign in → Home opens → Cards show your data → You arrange the cards → Layout saved for you

  • Home is a grid of up to about 28 cards. Examples are My Next Task, Tasks by status, Pipeline, Receivables, Attendance Today, Leave Requests, Birthdays, My Tickets, Open Jobs, Payroll Run, Follow-ups Due and Calendar.
  • Cards are permission-scoped. You only see cards for data you can access, so two people can see different cards.
  • You can drag and resize cards. The layout is saved per user.
  • Home is the default screen after sign-in.
  • If you have set a start page, your start page wins over Home. See How to Set Your Start Page After Login.
  • On Payroll & HR accounts, people land on their HRMS dashboard instead.
  • Home sits beside the dashboards. It does not replace them. For company analytics, see How to Use the Command Centre Dashboards.

Who Can Use This Feature?

User

  • Use Home as your daily starting screen, and arrange its cards.
  • Choose a different start page if you prefer another landing screen.

The cards each person sees follow their role permissions and the enabled modules. A card does not appear if you cannot open the data behind it.

Prerequisites

  • A signed-in CrmLeaf account with access to at least some modules.
  • For a card to show, the matching module must be enabled and your role must allow the data behind it.

For Users

Step 1: Open Home

What to do: Sign in. CrmLeaf opens on Home by default. If you have set a start page, open Home from your menu instead.

What to verify: You see a grid of cards relevant to your role.

Step 2: Read the cards

What to do: Check what each card shows, for example your next task, the follow-ups due, or today's attendance.

What to verify: The cards show only your own or permitted data.

Step 3: Arrange your layout

What to do: Drag cards to reorder them and resize those that need more room. Add or remove cards from the choices offered to you.

What to verify: Reload the page. Your layout is still there, because it is saved for you.

Step 4: Choose a different landing screen if you want one

What to do: If you would rather open on another screen, set a start page in your profile.

What to verify: After you sign in again you land on your chosen page, not on Home.

Expected Result

You land on a Home page of cards you are allowed to see, arranged the way you like, and the layout is kept for you from one session to the next.

Important Notes

  • Menu names and their position can differ between product editions and can be customised for your account, so your sidebar may not match these paths exactly. Use Search or your Quick Access items if you cannot find a screen.
  • Home is personal. Your layout does not change anyone else's.
  • A card never shows data you could not open elsewhere in CrmLeaf.
  • A start page you have set takes priority over Home. Payroll & HR accounts land on the HRMS dashboard.

Common Scenarios

Example: a sales manager. A manager keeps Pipeline, Follow-ups Due and Calendar at the top of Home and drops the cards they do not use. Every morning the first screen shows what needs attention.

Example: a new colleague sees fewer cards. A support agent sees My Tickets and Calendar but no Receivables, because their role does not include finance data. That is expected.
