Accessing the Dashboard

• Log in to CRMLeaf
• Navigate to Performance → Dashboard

Interface Breakdown

• Widgets → Goal completion %, pending reviews, average ratings
• KPIs → Total reviews, overdue goals, check-in count
• Filters → Department, role, date range

Actions

• Click widgets to drill into detailed data
• Export dashboard insights as PDF or Excel

Troubleshooting

• Dashboard not loading → Refresh browser or check permissions
• Metrics missing → Confirm goals/review data is entered
