Consolidated Information Gaps

Internal checklist for the CrmLeaf product and documentation teams, not customer-facing guidance.

Availability: Internal checklist for the CrmLeaf product and documentation teams, not customer-facing guidance.

Overview

This manual was written from CrmLeaf product and engineering reference material rather than from the running application. That material documents what each feature does, the status values it uses and the business rules it enforces, but it does not record every on-screen label, form field or menu position.

Wherever a detail could not be confirmed, the article states the action in terms of its outcome instead of inventing a label, and records the open question. This appendix collects all 855 of those questions in one place. Answering them, and completing the Screenshot Capture Checklist, is what takes the manual from accurate to complete.

How to Close These Gaps

  1. Highest value first: exact navigation paths and button labels for the most-used screens, because they affect the largest number of articles.
  2. Then the permission detail: the full permission name list per module, and the precise ownership field behind owned versus added. These underpin the access planning matrix and the most common support questions.
  3. Then integrations: credential fields and setup steps for each third-party service. Every integration article is written generically and flags this.
  4. Then form field lists: the fields on each create and edit screen, so the field reference tables can be completed.
  5. As each answer arrives, update the affected article and delete its Information Required block. When an article has none left, it is ready to publish.

Cross-Cutting Questions

  • Confirm the current core-versus-add-on split for each plan on sale, so every Availability block can be verified.
  • Confirm the sidebar label for each module as it ships in each edition, since menu layouts differ per edition.
  • Confirm whether an account's product edition can be changed after sign-up, and the effect on seeded data.
  • Provide the exact settings navigation path for each area listed in the platform settings surface.
  • Confirm which record types are filtered by Organization workspace and which are company-wide.
